Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)  

 Work Schedule: US-Based Night Shift  
 Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in International Voice Process  
 Support Channels: Voice (Calls), Email, and Chat Support

 

Job Summary:  

Renu Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in an International Voice Process and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting clients with insurance-related queries, processing policy updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 


This is an onsite role, requiring a professional with proven expertise in voice support, along with email and chat support experience. The selected candidate must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours. 


Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Query Resolution
Handle inbound and outbound voice call
Provide timely and professional email and chat support to resolve customer inquiries
Maintain a high standard of customer service etiquette while interacting with clients


Email & Chat Support:
Respond promptly to customer emails and chat queries with detailed, accurate information
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant details
Follow email response templates while customizing responses based on customer needs


Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all customer interactions
Follow scripted guidelines and quality control measures to ensure compliance


Skills and Requirements:


Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Voice Process
Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
Experience in handling US-based customers and working in night shifts
Strong ability to handle voice, email, and chat support effectively
Proficiency in customer support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle escalations, objections, and complex customer queries professionally


Technical & Soft Skills:


Strong listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and email/chat responses
Adaptability to new processes, systems, and policy changes
Good typing speed for handling chat and email responses efficiently

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Prior experience in US insurance, banking, or healthcare domains
Certification or training in insurance or customer service
